New Mexico summit looks at student attendance
More than 200 educators, community providers, leaders and concerned community members came together in Albuquerque, New Mexico to discuss school attendance last month.
New Mexico PBS in partnership with Mission: Graduate hosted the summit Jan. 22, and it focused on improving attendance but also sharing best practices and creating a support network.
Throughout the day-long summit, several sessions, roundtables and working groups came together to work through supporting students and families in Central New Mexico.
