2015 PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovators Announced!
PBS LearningMedia has selected 100 teachers and educators from across the country as 2015 PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovators.
These selected educators use digital technology and media in their classrooms to encourage life-long learning, innovation, collaboration and inclusion.
Over the course of the 2015-2016 school year, PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovators will empower their peers and share strategies around digital media integration; serve as ambassadors that embrace life-long learning, collaboration, inclusion, and innovation; and make up a robust professional learning community that will foster new ways of thinking, while leading the way in digital media in the classroom. They will also receive exclusive professional development from PBS, including virtual training and resources that they will be able to bring home to their school and incorporate into curriculum.
Among the 100, 30 have been selected as Lead PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovators who will travel to Philadelphia, Penn. this summer for a two-day digital summit.
Congratulations to all of the recent honorees. To see the entire class of 2015 PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovators, visit the PBS LearningMedia website.
